Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

📌 We do not accept returns for size/colour preferences, buyer mistakes, or change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without unboxing video proof

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards, clearance items, or promotional products


3. Return Process

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

1️⃣ Email us at support@designinventora.com
with your order number and issue description.

2️⃣ Attach:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of the product received

3️⃣ Our support team will verify and approve the return.

4️⃣ Once approved, we will share the return instructions.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will provide:

  • Free Replacement, or

  • Store Credit, or

  • Refund (only if replacement is not available)

Final decision is based on product condition & availability.


5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Product is severely damaged beyond use

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your bank statement depending on your payment provider.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.


7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect

  • Customer fails to accept or pick up the parcel

The courier marks these as RTO (Return to Origin) and shipping fees apply.
